Maxwell International (formerly known as Sports Asia) is the holding company of Zhenxing Shoes, a Chinese company which specializes in the design and manufacturing of sports shoes for domestic and overseas customers. The company manufactures sports shoes on an original equipment manufacturer ("OEM") basis and also has the ability to design, develop and manufacture sports shoes for customers on an original design manufacturer ("ODM") basis.

With its plant located in the Fujian Province of China, Maxwell possesses strong R&D capabilities and are able to develop an average of 1,000 shoe designs per annum.

Maxwell International is listed on Bursa Malaysia under the stock code 5189.
