Allen Shi - Investment Director (Shanghai office)
Allen joined Tembusu Partners as a Director in February 2010. He has an extensive working experience of 13 years in investment, business consulting and business development in China.

Before joining Tembusu Partners, Allen was Vice President responsible for research, planning and improvement of information products at a Chinese consulting company specialized in macro-economic analysis and industrial competitive intelligence research. He also has experience working for an automobile group where he managed the outward investments of the Group, covering industries including automobile services, real estate, health, entertainment and excavating. Previously, he also held the position of Investment Project Manager in a VC/PE Fund.

Allen graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with Bachelor of Economics in 1995 majoring in finance & investment. He received a MBA degree from Management School of Fudan University in 2001.
